BARBECUED TOFU SANDWICH |
1 (14 OZ) Package Firm Tofu,

1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil

Place tofu on several pieces of paper towels. Cover with more towels and let stand for 1 hour. Sprinkle with salt. Place flour into a bowl. Coat tofu slices with the flour. Heat oil in a pan, Add the tofu. Brush each slice with barbecue sauce. Cook 2 minutes. Turn over and coat with more barbecue sauce. Cook 3 minutes or until done. Place 2 slices on a bun and serve. |
