SESAME BARBECUED TOFU

2 1/2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce,
divided
1 Tablespoon Low Sodium
Soy Sauce, divided
1 Tablespoon Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds, toasted
1/2 Teaspoon Dark Sesame Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Paste, divided

1 Pound Firm or Extra Firm
Tofu, drained and cut into 12
slices
Cooking Spray
2 Cans Fat Free Low
Sodium Chicken Broth
8 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 10 OZ Package Spinach
4 Cups Hot Cooked Japanese
Wheat Noodles

Preheat broiler. Combine 1 1/2 teaspoon hoisin, 1 ½ teaspoon soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, sesame seeds, and oil and chili paste in a small bowl. Stir. Place tofu on a foiled lined baking sheet, coated with cooking spray. Brush with 1/2 of the hoisin mixtureBroil 6 minutes or until browned. Turn over and brush with remaining sauce and cook another 6 minutes. Cover and keep warm. Combine 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon chile sauce, broth and garlic in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Add spinach, cook until wilted. Stir in noodles. Spoon 1 1/2 cup noodle mixture into 4 bowls. Top each with 3 tofu slices. Serve.
