ZUCCHINI TACOS |
1 Garlic Clove, minced

1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro,

Spray a large non-stick pan with cooking spray over medium heat. Add the first 2 ingredients and sauté for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add the next three ingredients and continue cooking until warmed through. Place 1/4-cup mixture on to each tortilla shell. Add 1 Tablespoon of cheese and 2 tablespoons salsa. Roll up and serve. |
