BLACK BEAN TACOS |
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil

15 Ounces Black Beans,

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the next 4 ingredients and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the next 5 ingredients and cook 7 minutes. Spoon ½ cup mixture into each taco shell. Serve with the avocado and salsa. |
