Cooking Spray
2 Teaspoons Fresh Peeled Ginger,

1/2 Cup Canned Water Chestnuts, whole

Heat a large skillet or wok coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add the next 2 ingredients, stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the next 3 ingredients, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry 2 minutes. Serve. |
