ENDIVE STUFFED WITH GOAT CHEESE |
1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped

16 Belgian Endive Leaves

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine walnuts and 1 tablespoon honey. Spread on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes. Combined 1 tablespoon honey,and the next 2 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook to reduce to 3 tablespoons. About 5 minutes. Fill each endive leaf with 1 orange section, 1 teaspooncheese, 1 teaspoon walnuts. Drizzle with walnut mixture. Sprinkle with the chives and pepper. Serve. |
