STIR FRY TOFU & PEAS |
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger,

1/2 Teaspoon Bird Chile,

Rinse ginger with water and combine with cornstarch in a bowl. Heat a wok with the oil.Add mushrooms and stir-fry until tender. About 2 minutes. Add the gainer mixture and the remaining ingredients. Stir-fry about 5 minutes. Serve. |
