PENNE W/TOFU AND BEANS |
1 (15 OZ) Package Tofu,

Pat tofu with a paper towel to dry. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a skillet, add tofu and brown on all sides. About 5 minutes. Remove and chill for 30 minutes. Cook pasta until done per package instructions. When close to minutes until done add the beans and continue cooking. Drain. Combine the tofu, tomatoes, pasta, and dill in a bowl. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the pasta and mix. Serve. |
