RED CURRIED TOFU |
1 Cup White Rice, uncooked

1 Tablespoon Low Sodium

Prepare rice per directions on package. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and pepperand sauté 4 minutes. Stir in the next 4 ingredients. Cook 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and the next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes. Serve over the rice and sprinkle with the cilantro and cashews. |
