CHICKPEA & BASIL SAUTE |
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Green Onions, chopped
|
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and cumin. Sauté 10 minutes. Add pepper and water, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the basil. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Serve over the rice. |
