PENNE WITH ASPARAGUS |
8 Ounces Penne

2/3 Cup Half & Half or

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 7 to 10 minutes. Drain. In a large skillet heat the oil and add the shallots, cook until tender. Stir in the tomato sauce and the milk. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. add the remaining ingredients and cook until asparagus is tender and the sauce thickens. 10 to 12 minutes. Add the pasta and toss to coat. Serve. |
