TOFU WITH RED CURRY SAUCE |
1 (14 OZ) Package Firm Tofu,

2 Cups Onion, sliced
|
Place tofu in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook until liquid is evaporated, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with the next 3 ingredients. Heat oil in the pan, add the tofu back to the pan and the next 5 ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over the rice. |
