GLAZED TOFU SANDWICH

1 (14 OZ) Package Firm
Tofu, drainedand cut into
8 1/2" slices
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

1/3 Cup Low Fat Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Fresh Basil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
8 Slices Whole Wheat Bread,
toasted
8 Slices Tomato

Place tofu on several pieces of paper towels. Cover with more towels and let stand for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan. Add tofu and sauté 4 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté 4 more minutes. Spoon worcestershire sauce over tofu. Cook for 30 seconds or until brown. Combine mayonnaise basil and garlic together. Spread on to the toasted bread. Add 2 slices of the tofu and tomato to each. Cover with the other slice of bread and serve.
