GLAZED TOFU SANDWICH |
1 (14 OZ) Package Firm

1/3 Cup Low Fat Mayonnaise
|
Place tofu on several pieces of paper towels. Cover with more towels and let stand for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan. Add tofu and sauté 4 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté 4 more minutes. Spoon worcestershire sauce over tofu. Cook for 30 seconds or until brown. Combine mayonnaise basil and garlic together. Spread on to the toasted bread. Add 2 slices of the tofu and tomato to each. Cover with the other slice of bread and serve. |
