1 Cup Japanese Style Pan Fry

Spray a medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add the veggies and stir fry on medium high heat for 2-3 min. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the 1/4 cupwater and the noodles. Stir fry for 2-3 min. Add the veggies and the sauce. Stir until warmed through. |
