RUSTIC POTATO CHOWDER

4 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
1 Tablespoon Margarine
6 Cups Water

4 1/2 Cups Red Potatoes,
cubed
3/4 Cub Carrots, cubed

Mix all ingredients in a large pan. Simmer for 15-30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Serve.
