CHILI CHICKEN SOUP

1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 (14.5 OZ) Can Stewed
Tomatoes
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Chicken,
shredded
1/4 Cup Taco Sauce
1 Teaspoon Oregano

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
3 (16 OZ) Can Fat Free Chicken
Broth
1 (15 OZ) Can Chickpeas, drained
1 (4.5 OZ) Can Diced Green Chilies
1 Cup Cooked Rice

Add all the ingredients into a large pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
