ITALIAN CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND ARTICHOKE

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Pound Italian Chicken Sausage,
casings removed and broken into chunks
3 Can (15 OZ) Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth

1 Pound Frozen Artichokes, thawed and halfed
2 Cups Water
1 Bunch Chard, stemmed and chopped
Parmesan Cheese

Heat oil in a large pot. Cook Sausage until browned. Add next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add chard cooked for 3 minutes. Ladel into bowls and serve with Parmesan chesse.
