TURKEY MOLE SOUP

1 1/4 Pounds Ground Turkey
1 Cup Onion, chopped
1 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 Cup Bottled Mole
2 (14 1/2 OZ) Cans Fat Free
Low Sodium Chicken Broth

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 (19 OZ) Can Black Beans, drained
1 (14.5 Oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
1 (4.5 OZ) Can Diced Green Chilies
1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
3 (6 inch) Corn Tortillas, cut
into strips

Cook the turkey in a non-stick skillet covered with cooking Spray. Add to a large Soup pot. Add all the remaining ingredients except the tortilla strips and simmer for 45 minutes. Place the tortilla strips on a baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. Add to the soup when you serve.
