TURKEY MOLE SOUP |
1 1/4 Pounds Ground Turkey

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
|
Cook the turkey in a non-stick skillet covered with cooking Spray. Add to a large Soup pot. Add all the remaining ingredients except the tortilla strips and simmer for 45 minutes. Place the tortilla strips on a baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. Add to the soup when you serve. |
