CROCKPOT VEGETABLE MINESTRONE

1 Yellow Summer Squash, cut into
1” pieces
2 Carrots, sliced
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Cup Snap Pea Pods
1/3 Cup Onion, chopped
4 Cups Water

1 (25 ½ OZ) Jar Marinara Sauce
1 (15 OZ) Can Kidney Beans,
rinsed & drained
1 ½ Cups Rotini Pasta, uncooked
1 Teaspoon Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Pepper

Mix the first 8 ingredients into a crock-pot. Cover and cook 7-9 hours on high. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover and cook another 30 minutes. Serve.
