1 1/2 Cups Yellow or Red

1/2 Cup White Wine

In a large pan, add the first 10 ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender. Add the remaining 2 ingredients and simmer another 5 minutes until fish is cooked through. Serve. |
