PEA AND PASTA SOUP

3 (16 OZ) Fat free Chicken
Broth
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Green
Peas
3/4 Cups Pasta
(Pastina or Orzo), cooked

2 Tablespoons Parsley,
fresh & chopped
3 Tablespoons Riesling,
or sweet white wine
2 Tablespoons Parmesan
Cheese, grated

Bring broth to a boil. Add the next 4 ingredients and simmer for 7-10 minutes; or until pasta is cooked. Spoon into bowls. Sprinkle with the cheese.
