"FRIED" ONION RINGS

2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Seasoned Dried Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Fat Free Egg Substitute

2 Large Onions sliced 1/4 Inch Thick
and seperated into rings

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spary a nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. Put flour on a sheet of wax Paper. Put the bread crumbs on another sheet. Put the egg in a small bowl. Coat each ring with the flour then dip into the egg and then into the crumbs. Place on the baking sheet. Spay with Nonstick spray. Bake until brown on the bottom, 10 minutes. Turn and bake another 5 minutes.
