1 1/3 Cups Brown Rice

1 (14.5 OZ) Can Stewed Tomatoes

Add all the ingredients to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook about 50 minutes until rice is tender. Add more water to keep from sticking if needed. |
