MANGO PEACH SALSA

2 Cups Mango, large dice
2 Cups Peaches, pitted and chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped

4 Ounces Canned Green Chilies, diced
2 Tablespoons ginger juice
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime juice

In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, peaches, basil, garlic, chilli, ginger and lime juice. Chill for two hours before serving. Makes 4 cups
