Susi's Sweet Potato Casserole

5 Each yams,drained and mashed
1/2 Cup Splenda
1/4 Cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 Cup Take Control Butter Spread
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/8 Cup Flour
1/8 Cup Take Control Butter Spread
1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
Non Stick cooking spray

Peel cook and mash Yams. Add next 4 ingredients. Spray a Cassorle dish with nonstick spray. And add the yam mixture. Mix Brown Sugar and the Next 3 ingredients in another bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the Yams. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve.
