CLASSIC PESTO

2 Tablespoons Walnuts or Pine
nuts, chopped coarsely
2 Garlic Cloves, peeled
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese,
grated

Drop nuts and garlic through a food chute on a food processor. Process until minced. Add oil and pulse 3 times. Add basil and cheese and process until finely minced. Makes 3/4 Cup.
