SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH TOMATOES

1 Medium Spaghetti Squash
2 Tablespoons Water
1/2 Cup Red or Green Pepper,
chopped
1/2 Cup Green Onions, chopped
2 Large Tomatoes, seeded &
chopped

2 Tablespoons Parsley, minced
2 Teaspoons Dill
2 Teaspoons Basil
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese,
grated

Cut squash lengthwise, discard seeds. Place cut side down in a baking dish. Fill dish with hot water to depth of 1/2 in. Cover and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. In a non-stick skillet, heat water over medium heat. Add the next 6 ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. When squash is ready to handle. Scoop out the insides and place in a bowl. Add the tomato mixture and toss to combine. Serve.
