PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES |
4 Baking Potatoes

½ Teaspoon Dried Oregano

Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut each potato into 8 wedges & place on foil. Coat with cooking spray. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle the potatoes with the mixture. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, or until tender. Serve. |
