ROASTED ASPARAGUS WITH BALSAMIC BUTTER |
2 Pound Asparagus, trimmed

2 Teaspoons Low Sodium

Preheat oven to 400°. Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 12 minutes. Melt the butter and the remaining ingredients in a pan. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Drizzle over asparagus. Toss to coat. Serve. |
