POTATOES WITH GREEN BEANS |
1 Cup Red Potatoes, halved,

1 Teaspoon Parsley
|
Place potatoes and beans in a microwave safe steamer basket with a bowl underneath. Add a small amount of water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add the onion and microwave for 1 more minute. Discard water and put the vegetables in a bowl. Toss with the remaining ingredients. Serve. |
