POTATOES WITH GREEN BEANS

1 Cup Red Potatoes, halved,
sliced 1/4" thick
1 Cup Fresh Green Beans,
cut in 2" pieces
1/2 Cup Onion, quartered
and sliced
1 Teaspoon Sun Dried Tomato,
chopped

1 Teaspoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/8 Teaspoon Paprika

Place potatoes and beans in a microwave safe steamer basket with a bowl underneath. Add a small amount of water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add the onion and microwave for 1 more minute. Discard water and put the vegetables in a bowl. Toss with the remaining ingredients. Serve.
