GARLIC POTATOES

8 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Pound Potatoes, pared and
sliced

1 Bay Leaf
3 Tablespoons Skimmed
Buttermilk, low fat

Combined potatoes, 1 3/4 cups water, bay leaf and bring to a boil. Cook until tender. Drain and reserved the liquid. Discard bay leaf. Mash potatoes with the garlic and milk. Used the reserved liquid if needed. Serve.
