HOLIDAY GREEN BEANS

2 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon
Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon

3/4 Cup Shallots, sliced
1 1/2 Pounds Green Beans,
trimmed
2 Tablespoons Fat Free Sour
Cream

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Steam green beans for 5-7 minutes. Add the dijon mixture and sour cream and stir until sour cream is melted. Serve.
