2 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon
|
3/4 Cup Shallots, sliced
|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Steam green beans for 5-7 minutes. Add the dijon mixture and sour cream and stir until sour cream is melted. Serve. |
