GREEN BEAN NICOISE

2 Pounds Green Beans, trimmed
1 1/3 Cups Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cups Green Onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Water

2 Tablespoons Olives, chopped
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Place beans into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Mix and pour over the green beans. Toss to coat and serve.
