TOMATO & GREEN CHILE SALSA |
6 Plum Tomatoes

1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro

Preheat broiler. Place the first 3 ingredients on a foil lined baking sheet. Broil for 16 minutes. Turn after 8 minutes. Cool and peel tomatoes and garlic. Combine the peppers and garlic in a bowl. Pound with a spoon to form a paste. Add the tomatoes and crush coarsely using the back of the spoon. Combine this and the remaining ingredients in a bowl. |
