HERBED CHEESE DIP

2/3 Cup Reduced Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Package (8 OZ) Reduced Fat
Cream Cheese, cubed
1 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire
Sauce

1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/8 Teaspoon EACH Dried
Basil, Marjoram, Savory
& Thyme
1 Tablespoon Parsley
Cut up vegetables of your
choice

Add all the ingredients except the vegetables to a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with the vegetables. Makes 1 1/2 Cups.
