2/3 Cup Reduced Fat Cottage Cheese

1 Clove Garlic, minced

Add all the ingredients except the vegetables to a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with the vegetables. Makes 1 1/2 Cups. |
