TEX-MEX SALSA

6 Large, Ripe Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, seeded & chopped
2 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
