BLACK BEAN & AVOCADO DIP
1 (15 OZ) Can Black Beans,
rinsed & drained
1/2 Small Avocado, peeled &
diced (1/2 Cup about)
1/3 Cup Red Onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon Canned Chipotles
in Adobo Sauce, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss and serve at once.
