AVOCADO SALSA
1/2 Cup Avocado, peeled, chopped
1/3 Cup Seeded Tomato, chopped
2 Tablespoons Onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon Jalapeno Pepper,
seeded and chopped
1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro,
chopped
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
Combine all the ingredients. Serve immediately. Yields 1 cup.
