HOME FRIED POTATOES

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
2 Small Potatoes, cooked
and cubed
1 Garlic Clove, minced

1 Teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
Ground Pepper, to taste

In a non-stick pan, heat the oil. Add the potatoes and garlic; stir constantly, until the potatoes are browned. About 5 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with the cheese and pepper. Serve.
