2 8 OZ Blocks Fat Free
Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Horse Radish
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Red Ground Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped
Green Onions
1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts,
chopped
1 Pound Crabmeat, shell
pieces removed

Beat cream cheese at high speed until smooth. Add yogurt, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, pepper and hot sauce, beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill.
