TACO SALAD WITH SALSA DRESSING

3 Cups Iceberg Lettuce,
finely chopped
1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced
10 Ounces Kidney Beans,
drained
12 Cherry Tomatoes

2 1/4 Ounces Pepper Jack
Cheese Reduced Fat, shredded
3/4 Cup Salsa
1/3 Cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
1/2 Pound Sirloin Ground beef

Fry the hamburger and drain well and rinse under cold water. Lay the lettuce in a bowl. Then add the onion on top. Layer the kidney beans on top and then the tomatoes. Place the hamburger on top of the beans. Sprinkle with the cheese. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and salsa. Mix well. Serve with the dressing on the side.
