TACO SALAD WITH SALSA DRESSING |
3 Cups Iceberg Lettuce,

2 1/4 Ounces Pepper Jack

Fry the hamburger and drain well and rinse under cold water. Lay the lettuce in a bowl. Then add the onion on top. Layer the kidney beans on top and then the tomatoes. Place the hamburger on top of the beans. Sprinkle with the cheese. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and salsa. Mix well. Serve with the dressing on the side. |
