HEALTHY COBB SALAD

1 Oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/4 Cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Red Wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon Water
1/8 Teaspoon ground black pepper

4 Slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 Cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded
1 Pound Cooked Chicken, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Cups cherry tomatoes halved
3 Each Hard Bolied Eggs, cubed
1 Each avocado, cut into 1/2-inch dice

1. Blend first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2. Arrange Lettuce on 6 plates. Evenly scatter the bacon, chicken, tomatoes, eggs and avocado.
3. Serve with the dressing on the side.
