Watermelon Feta Salad

2 pounds watermelon cubes
Handful Of Mint, chopped
10 each Kalamata olives pitted and sliced

2 Tablespoons Red Onion, chopped
7 Ounces Feta cheese crumbled
Mint sprigs, for garnish

Put everything into a bowl except the Feta. Toss gently. Chill for 1 Hour. Add Feta Before serving.
