POTATO SALAD WITH DILL

2 Pounds Red Potatoes
1/4 Cup Light Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Vinegar

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Bunch Scallions
2 Tablerspoons Fresh Dill, chopped

In a large pot, over th4e potatoes with water and boil for about 20 minutes or until a sharp knife meets no resistance. While potatoes cook, combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the potatoes and cut into chunks or thick slices. Add to the mayo mixture, combine and chill.
