MEXICAN COBB SALAD WITH SALSA DRESSING

3 Cups Iceberg Lettuce,
finely chopped
1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced
1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
10 Ounces Black Beans, drained
12 Cherry Tomatoes

2 1/4 Ounces Pepper Jack
Cheese Reduced Fat, shredded
3/4 Cup Salsa
3 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

Place the lettuce in a large bowl. Layer across the top of the lettuce the onion, bell pepper, beans, cheese and tomatoes. In a small bowl whisk together the salsa lime juice and cumin. Serve with the dressing on the side.
