SPINACH SALAD W/GRILLED RED ONION RINGS AND SESAME VINAIGRETTE

1 Large Red Onion, cut crosswise into 12 1/4" rings
2 Teaspoons Dark Sesame Oil, divided
1 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Honey
10 Cups Baby Spinach Leaves
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds, toasted

Prepare Grill. Combine Onion and 1/4 teaspoon oil tossing to coat. Arrange on grill and grill 9 minutes, turn often. Combine remaining oil (1 1/2 Teaspoons) and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a whisk to combine. Add the Spinach and pepper to a bowl. Drizzle with the oil mixture. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds Serve.
