SPINACH SALAD W/GRILLED RED ONION RINGS AND SESAME VINAIGRETTE |
1 Large Red Onion, cut crosswise into 12 1/4" rings

1 Tablespoon Honey

Prepare Grill. Combine Onion and 1/4 teaspoon oil tossing to coat. Arrange on grill and grill 9 minutes, turn often. Combine remaining oil (1 1/2 Teaspoons) and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a whisk to combine. Add the Spinach and pepper to a bowl. Drizzle with the oil mixture. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds Serve. |
