NEW POTATO SALAD |
1 1/2 Pounds Small Red Potatoes

1/4 Cup Chopped Shallots
|
Place Potatoes in a sauce pan with water, cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cool. Cut Potatoes into quarters. Combine the Potaotes with the remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Serve. |
