PERFECT CAESAR SALAD

3 Tablespoons Low Fat Buttermilk
2 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 Anchovy Fillets, rinsed
1 Small Garlic Clove, minced
1/4 Teaspoon Fround Pepper
4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 (16-18 Ounce) Package romaine Hearts,
cut into Bite size pieces
1/2 Cup Fat Free Caesar-seasoned Croutons

Dressing: Place the first 9 ingredients into a Blender. Blend until smooth. Add 2 Tablespoons of the cheese and blend until combined. Place the remaining ingredients into a bowl along with the other 2 Tablespoon of Cheese. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Divide into 6 servings and serve.
