3 Tablespoons Low Fat Buttermilk

2 Anchovy Fillets, rinsed

Dressing: Place the first 9 ingredients into a Blender. Blend until smooth. Add 2 Tablespoons of the cheese and blend until combined. Place the remaining ingredients into a bowl along with the other 2 Tablespoon of Cheese. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Divide into 6 servings and serve. |
