1 (10 OZ) Packake Frozen Peas

8 Ounces Roasted Chicken Breast, diced

Cook peas according to package directions. Drain and cool. DRESSING: combine the mayonaisse, yogurt and lemon zest in a small bowl. In a large bowl Layer the salad in the following order: Coleslaw mix, carrots. chicken, tomatoes, peas. Drizzle the dressing over the top. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours. Toss just before serving. Sprinkle with the pepper. |
