3 Cups Potatoes, cooked
3/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped
3/4 Cup Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese,
shredded
1/3 Cup Olives, chopped
2/3 Cup Fat-Free Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
2 Teaspoons Parsley
1/2 Cup Salsa
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix the next 4 in another bowl, combine and serve.
